Injury Law – Results
Attorney Jason King has been practicing injury law since 1999, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Chances are, he has experience in your type of injury and its cause.
Healing from a Personal Injury is tough enough, believe me, I know. If the injury was caused by the negligence of another, you and your own insurance company should not have to pay the medical bills, lost wages, etc. However, working with an insurance company can be very frustrating. They are trained in claims handling; most likely, you are not. Remember, they make money by paying you as little as possible for your claim. Its your choice, either you receive the money you deserve or the insurance company keeps it.
Settle of file a lawsuit? Most cases are settled before a lawsuit is initiated. At King Law Offices, our goal is to maximize your recovery to get what you deserve under law. This means rapidly settling cases if possible, or filing a lawsuit when the insurance company will not cooperate. I will keep you fully informed and educated so that you can make the best decision for your case.
Referrals? Many attorney refer their own clients to King Law Offices due to past results and reputation. In fact, despite the relative youth of the office, most of my clients are obtained through word of mouth, and not advertising. In some situations, King Law Office has determined that the client would best be served by another office. King Law Office strives to do the right thing for the client, not the office.
Policy Limits? In some cases, the limits of a defendants insurance policy is the most that can be obtained and collection of anything further is impossible or improbable. For this reason, as any insurance agent would tell you, you can never have enough insurance for uninsured/underinsured provisions on your policy. King Law Office would be happy to discuss this with you. Unfortunately, for a few of the clients below, their case was worth much, much more, but collection from a defendant without assets, a job, or more insurance was impossible within the reach of the law.
